Production time is normally 2 business days after your proof is approved. Shipping time is 1 - 5 days, depending on your location.

Yes! A rush charge and/or expedited shipping may be required. Email us to discuss it before placing your order. Please try to place your order at least one week before you need them. We aren't responsible for delays in shipping.

We can work with almost any file type: .jpg, .pdf, .svg, .eps, .ai, .bmp, .tif, .psd. We can also accept files shared from Canva.

Use the Upload button located on each product for files up to 10mb. OR email it to us directly at GoodPeoplePromos@gmail.com up to 25mb. For files over 25mb, use WeTransfer.com. We will send you a proof that you must approve before your order goes to production. We'll contact you if we see any issues with your art file.

Yes! Design work starts at $15 and may go up depending on the complexity and the number of revisions requested. Art charges will be invoiced separately from the online order. Contact us to discuss your design before placing your order. Not sure what you want? Go over to Freepik.com and browse their royalty-free designs for inspiration! Email us with a screenshot of the one(s) you like and any changes you would like and we'll go from there. Important: Please have your own specific and original idea in mind before contacting us for design help. We can't create a design based on instructions that say, "I don't know what I want; just something cool!".

Pretty much but here's what we won't print: Copyrighted images (that includes all Grateful Dead icons: Stealies, bolts, bears, etc.) Band logos Band names (For example, we can print "Panic" or "WSP" or "WSMFP" or "Widespread" but not "Widespread Panic".) Random images grabbed off Google Other people's art without their permission Photos taken by someone other than yourself without their permission Anything offensive or hateful. We're not prudes by any means but even we draw the line somewhere. And where is that? Feel free to email your design and ask. "Parody logos" are ok. For example, "Blue Indian" that looks like the Blue Moon logo, or "Morning Dew" that looks like Mountain Dew.

We also offer display items for your vending booth or business such as custom pop-up tents, flags, banners, signs, table covers, etc.

We do not accept returns or give refunds for any reason other than printing errors. Please check your proof carefully for spelling and size.

If your order is printed in the wrong color, size, material or quantity or if there was an error in printing or cutting, let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order for a refund, discount or replacement. We do not refund or reprint orders that are printed correctly according to the approved proof. That includes spelling errors.
