Die-cut stickers are stickers with the backing paper cut into the same shape as the sticker. We can also make kiss-cut stickers on request for the same price as die-cut. If you prefer kiss-cut, just make a note when placing your order.

Production time is 2 - 3 business days and shipping is 2 - 5 business days, depending on your location. Rush charges and expedited shipping are available for an additional charge.

We're not able to list every possible width and height combination so we chose the most common sizes. If your size isn't listed, just choose the closest size and put in the notes what size you would like. For example, if you want 2.5" x 4.75" stickers, just choose 2"x5" and put 2.5"x4.75" in the notes. Not sure what size you want? No problem! Contact us and we can help.

We accept almost any file type. There is an "Upload" button on each product and in the main menu or you can email it to us at PromoExperts@GoodPeoplePromotions.com. File must be no larger than 10mb. Files up to 25mb can be emailed to us. Files larger than 25mb can be sent via WeTransfer.com. It's free and no account is required (although they kinda make it sound like you need one). We check each file for any potential printing issues and we'll let you know if there are any problems. You will receive an emailed proof that must be approved before your order will be printed.

Yes! Our graphic design team can usually bring your idea to life and if we can't, we may know someone who can. There is a minimum art charge of $25 and may go up depending on the complexity and number of revisions. The art charge will be billed separately.

Almost. We won't print any copyrighted images, logos (including any Grateful Dead bears, stealies, bolts, etc.), band names, images grabbed off the internet that you didn't create or photos that you didn't personally take. Parody logos (like "Blue Indian" that looks like the Blue Moon logo) are ok. We also won't print anything offensive or with a hateful message. What's that, exactly? We know it when we see it. We're no prudes by any means so if you're not sure, send it to us and we'll take a look.

We don't offer refunds except in the case of misprints. "Misprints" are errors in the printing process or printed different than the proof you approved. If your stickers are different than the proof you approved, we will send you a refund or replace them. We do not accept returns.
